Bathroom Trauma & other stuff.....

OK sorry for keeping you all waiting.....
Bathroom trauma - well it all started at work...I got to use the washroom - and there is a sign on the door:
No tissue in the toilet, please use waste can

I'm thinking..OK - paper towels - in the garbage can - sounds reasonable.

Yeah..I was wrong. They were talking about all tissue. So I don't normally have a problem with this - at home. Not in public places and not ALL tissues. How can I say this without sounding crude - if you are on your period - flush the tissue. How's that for visual??!!??
so that's the start of bathroom'issues'. So we go off the mall to look around - I say Oh I have to use the bathroom.
So imagine one of the washrooms at Regent Mall let's pretend there are 5 stalls, well everyone would stand at the entrance of the washroom - and as someone comes out - you go into the next available washroom - etc etc.

NOT here - here they stand right outside the stall. Im talking practically leaning against the door - (or at least the narrow wall between the stalls). OK so I wait in line meanwhile thinking "ok so who ever is next in line will listen to me pee quite closely now won't they??"

So it's my turn. I go on in....NO TOILET PAPER.....none...not even an empty holder. There's nothing in this bathroom but me and the toilet bowl. Oh notice I didnt say toilet seat - nope no toilet seat..not that i was going to sit on that anyhow..but just the toilet bowl.

So I'm in there "holding on" to the sides for dear life - this is not good. Using my foot to push the handle down (cause um...how did the last 10 ppl wipe??) to flush the toilet....

So I'm over the trauma - I saunter out-- Travis is like - are you ok? I'm like um...no...let's go...LOL (I know it's not that bad..but it sure seems it)

then we go on the Taal tour...and I go to use the washroom - toilet has a seat this time, just no handle (remember the foot pushing the handle...) Exactly how can I get this toilet flushed??
check out the contraption --I can totally see some of you using this - as a rigged up toilet handle...I'm not naming names....LOL

Before I get to Taal Treking I also needed to post a couple more mall pics (keeping it all in chronological order that is)

Travis * I considered going in here to see if we could get back to Canada quicker!! We're not sure who runs this place..but thought it strange in the middle of the mall!!

Here are pics inside this mall (Mega Mall?) OMG if I see another mall!! all of you shoppers out there -you would love love LOVE it here!! Lots of shopping to be done!! I think in this one there were like 5 levels....OMG!!! Travis took these pics cause it makes me woozy looking over...Heights and me do not mix...

so I know you are all waiting with bated breath to see the Taal treking pics and to wonder what the change of underwear was for....

they will have to be posted to morrow....but I will tell you why the underwear and change of clothes..basically the heat...and sweat (yes SWEAT) and the boat ride over and back... incase you get wet. After you have gone up (note the words were not "hiked" "walked" etc) gone up - and gone down, you are sweating and dusty!! Need to change your clothes for sure!! and if you are sitting on the wrong side of the boat you will get wet!! (Trav - not me!)

I will give a bit of a pic - here is looking at the Taal volcano - (we went up to the one on the left - Taal is too active - )

Totally, sitting her with a look of confusion and disguist. The 1st bathroom no toilet seat or tissue and 2nd bathroom never a sign of tissue. That is freakin' unhygenically, unethical, unsanitary, GROSS! Buy a package of those little kleenex to keep in your purse. I just got a gross chill because - is that the norm there? YIKES.

What a fantastic pic of you by the volcano! We are going to have to hook up our projector; and have a photo viewing when you get home!

I can't believe the shopping! I have done the Eaton Shopping Center top to bottom in 1 hour. I would love to shop those malls.

That store Canadian Oppurtunities; is that ran by our Government to recruit immigrant workers? I'm confused as to what in the WORLD that place is.

It's no wonder they have disease and sickness running rampant if those unhygenic practices are the norm. This is gross, but I'd rather wear a pair of Depends than use a bathroom like that. Blah!

Taal - can't wait to see more pics!

When are you coming home? We all keep asking that question - what day is Sue home?

Maybe that's why Asian people bow and nod heads rather than shaking hands?!!! I'm with Nic - get some kleenex and keep it with you at all times...and maybe some rubber gloves...and some shoe covers...ah hell, get some Depends!!!!

Ewwww! Yucky, yucky, yucky, when I enter a public washroom my tummy begins to twirl as it is, then I cough then if I walk in on something that shouldn't be there - game over.....that is just awful....definitely rubber gloves, picture Sue outside the washroom, reaching into her purse, pulling out her gloves, snapping them on (oh lets not forget the mask too) and forging forward into the washroom, just to pee.....hee, hee, hee.....funny vision....

And bath in antiseptic every night.

Okay, I have to ask. What about snakes? I see the photo of you by the volcano and all I cn think of is "Omg, did she check for snakes?"

Just saw a commercial for this on TV and thought of Wes & You.

Looney Call.....Wes would dail 10 15 565 then the number he would normally dail to contact you. It would cost $1.00 for the first 7mins and then 15cents per minute thereafter regardless of time of day....http://looneycall.ca/rates.php

I also think Depends (& some Purell) would definitely be a great idea!! That's just gross, do they even have sinks and soap & water to wash your hands with???? That mall looks HUGE, that picture makes me a little quesy!!! I don't think I could have taken the picture either.
